This Horizontal Incinerators is equipped with following:
  • Main Incinerating Chamber Refractory lined and Backed with Cera - Wool insulation
  • High pressure Solid Injection Burners with Combustion fan
  • Effluent Injectors with Effluent injecting Pump
  • Fuel Outlet with fuel gas Temp Diluter. In this fuel gas temp is lowered by adding fresh air through Forced draft fan to reduce scrubbing Losses
  • Cyclone separator to reduce chances of choking of Wet scrubber
  • Wet scrubbing system consists of Vertical venture scrubber, Scrubbing pulp and Scrubbing Tank
  • Induced draft fan to suck all the gases from the system and to deliver to chimney. This fan will also create necessary negative pressure in combustion chamber to sustain the combustion and further incineration
  • Self supported Chimney of 30 meter height
  • Control panel with Temperature Controllers and indicators with operating starters.
Incinerated gases will be deliver to chimney with controlled SO2, NOX and SPM, HCL etc as per Norms of GPCB.Gases will be analyzed through Nozzle for pollution at the height of 10 meter from ground.
